Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What is your processing time?
Orders placed before 1 p.m. EST ship the same day during non-holiday business days. We are known for our fast processing times, but times may vary based on order volume. Customers may experience slight delays in receiving their order during the holidays, but we strive to work as fast as possible to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers experience higher than normal volume during the holiday season. Shipping times will vary based on carrier and factors outside of our control. As a reminder, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $30 within the contiguous USA (excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico). Orders placed before 1 p.m. EST ship the same day during non-holiday business days.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping options which will be available at checkout along with their rates. Expedited shipping fees will be reduced at checkout for orders eligible for free shipping.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
Are your products shipped in packaging?
Continuing our commitment to the environment and reducing waste, all chews ordered from www.benebone.com are shipped free of individual packaging.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription, we will deliver on the subscription timeframe you choose on checkout. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before next order is placed. To manage subscriptions go to your account page and click “Subscriptions” on the left column.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

We are closed and do not ship on the following holidays:

- Thursday, November 28: Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, November 29: Day After Thanksgiving Day
- Wednesday, December 25: Christmas Day
